I can't make a new account!

I want to make a new account so that I can try to win G36K but I have been trying all morning and it keeps saying Error has occurred:-2. I have been trying everything and nothing has worked. Can somebody please help?

Try a different web browser.. maybe it's server related than can you do nothing..

Stupid Z8!!!!!!!!!!!

I have submitted a ticket and this is Z8Games reply and I quote "Sorry, we cannot help you. Please submit a screenshot for further information. Thank you!" this is why they're losing bussiness because they're not doing sh*t. Also, I've only made 3 accounts. When I checked the forum, it said they shut down administration. When will they reopen?

Maybe you should stick to one account instead of trying to circumvent the fact that you had bad luck or missed out on an event.

Does it count that you are a hacker because you have been kicked from a game because noobs always do that to me. I live in NA so that shouldnt be a problem but the second post states that if you are a hacker you cant make a new account. I've barely made 5 accounts this month and I keep getting the error even if I try on my phone.

You're not allowed to make 5 accounts, the bar might be set even lower.

You're a mod so you can change that. Since when did they change the limit. 1 account a year?! I made my last account in 2014.

I can't and wouldn't change that. That is, if I could decide I would lower it.
You don't need 5 accounts, you need ONE account on which you follow the rules.
