How to get a desired IGN of a person that is inactive

Hey fam, just a little question do you know how to get Z8games to manually change your ign to some ign that someone owns but he or she is inactive? I reported but i don't know where to contact them.

I recently changed my IGN to Ps4, and to send a support to Z8games to get the IGN I want but I don't know where to contact them. If you guys would help or if Z8 wants this

It's not a complaint you're making, but yes. That would be the right section.

Make sure to but the Change IGN item before contacting them. I think they'd want you to use it and make a random IGN then they'll change it, but I'm not really sure so don't take my word on this part. But make sure you have the item in you inventory before contacting them.
