Failed to connect to server !!!!!

Hello come here again complain about the absurdity of these managers are doing, many players are the same problems as well as "I" no admin are helping us and the players are not even providing a satisfaction to all.
We the players we spend money on the game are having an absurd prejudice, the days go by and the money invested in the game as items that are purchased for a few days are going away.
Just me passed 5 days and this problem is not resolved, imagine the other players who are more days than I, ABSURD !!!!!
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS, we players are passing even more to those who have spent their money in the game.

I noticed that I am not the only one has the problem.

I know that by just check the thread. So before I start the problem description, I would first suggestion we can merge the same problem in one thread. Otherwise, when I look at the first thread, I noticed that no one reply, at the beginning I thought I was one of the only two.

Also, it is important to describe the symptom first before we start to complain.

So here is my problem:
1. After update the game last Friday, I ntoice the splash screen has changed to some brutal girls. But the problem is, once the login pane pop up, there is another msgbox says: "failed to connect the server".

2. What I also notice is, when I trying the post on forum on that pc, it takes very long to load a page, and finally, the user name and password segment is replaced by a white box says timeout.

3. Connection is good, download AVA and soldier front 2 with above 1Mbps, and ping is stable. These two games feels smooth, which means ping is good.

4. As someone suggested, rebooted the router, but have not resolved the problem.

What I guess is, the account server is slow now, because the loading time of game increases, the failed to connect the server message pops. I tried other game titles and prove that only crossfire has the problem.
