Failed connect server

Can some help me ? when i start the game i got the message failed connect to server
on the login screen. reset my modem/router for 1 hour but it still doenst work
i spend a lot of money in this game and i want to play it.

ive got this problem a few days i hope some can help me !!

so much problems with crossfire i think many players will quit this
