Man, i like you but i hope someone ''official'' help me with this, since 14 days is my Paysafecardcode in this ticket to unblock my chargeback main account... it's not funny anymore, it's look like that in the z8Games office in toronto is noone working in the support area...

I find it a bit odd- all my past tickets have been responded to within at least 1 week from when I submitted them. I think there was only one isolated incidence when I submitted one on friday late afternoon, and they had just begun their time off, and so I only got a response some 2-3 weeks later.
Maybe try to PM some of the GM's? -

They not help me because the billing / purchase staff only handle this... so crazy.

But you do know there is a system called Steam and that in this system problems arise that are solved through tickets.
14 days is in no way a completely unreasonable time.
Your membership length doesn't affect the queue ahead of you, which needs to be handled before its your turn. -

Sending me all the PMs in the world, and creating all the threads in the world, will not help with the backlog we are currently experiencing in the billing/purchasing queue. There is a separate department for billing/purchasing, and they are the only ones that can help with chargeback issues.
I understand that it is extremely aggravating to have to wait a long time to have your ticket looked at and have your problem solved, but the tickets are answered in the order that they are received.
I do personally apologize that it is taking so long, and if I could do something about it myself, I would. In this case, however, I cannot. -

If you are spam the support staff with tickets like you spam with your alt accounts this forum than i do not wonder why the support staff needs so many weeks to answer a simple ticket!
