This is a lie. We have beaten you several times in matches. But, you have won the last few. Once with Toonie's 1HP ninja defuse clutch, or do you forget so soon? :rolleyes:AprilHotNess wrote: »They were being their usual selves trying to scumbag people in ESL finals and got dropped by their sponsor
We asked to go back to Echo 8 because one of our players was having connection issues (we ended up pausing more than 10 times through the last 2 halves). ZZ, our sponsor, with the power to say "Yeah, okay, sure", refused it. Even though the rules explicitly state that at any time a team can choose to play the matches on E8.
He also refused to prevent Juice (a player on your team) from cursing at a 15-year-old child. In ZZXQ's words,
"If the game doesn't stop you, I don't care what you do."
I called him pathetic, and we said we were done with him. 30 seconds later, he announced that he was "dropping us for unsportsmanlike conduct from x0tek".
As I said, good game to you guys tonight! I'm sorry for all the pauses, the admin wouldn't let us play on Echo 8.awetasdqwr wrote: »trash player like x0tek talks a big game when he hasn't won anything against a reputable team like carbon, instinct, or ace and especially since his "winnings" are from esl
We won 2,000 dollars from CFS (unfortunately, 3rd place blues). We've beaten Ace Gaming, we've beaten Instinct. We have not yet beaten Carbon, however. -

Was sort of talking about matches with rosters similar to our s5, not games ridded with subs and ringers. Also, just so you remember, you only won that game because you were doing what you usually do and scumbagging people/teams -

1 - Your team wanted to play in a server then changed your mind because someone on Team DRK said they had issues playing in Na5-8 and asked after map 1 to back and I said no. There was no real reason for you to switch servers in the manner you did. Even if you did have an issue, whining because I said to play the server you wanted to is childish and won't ever make me want to care about what you have to say more than I already do.
2 - Your teammates all apologized to me for your actions and had to lie to me saying "He is drunk just ignore him, he is being an ass". As for your actions, you acted purely as a child. You didn't agree with a decision I made and proceeded to whine about it via game chat. Which is sad considering you are an adult and you made those 15 year olds look way more mature than you. You know its bad when a 15 year old team member of yours is apologizing for your behavior to me. Maybe its time to act your age and not post your egotistical threads, but then get mad when things don't go your way. Your team would go farther without you. You were the definition of a Toxic player tonight.
3 - Someone cursed in a league at a 15 year old. While yes a child, they are playing a game where the intent is to KILL PEOPLE and plant bombs, yet you get angry over cursing after making a thread bashing carbon and telling me in a chat that "Trash talking is the sign of healthy community" which given your reactions to a little of that said trash talk from TEAM DRK you seem very hypocritical. So if your whole rage fit was because someone cursed at a 15 year old over a shooting game on the internet and the admin didn't let you have your way, that's truly a paper thin argument on your behalf. I love to see good sportsmanship and while yes someone cursed at a younger player on your team, you had zero reason to act back in an even more childish manner.
As for the rest of the former Enix eSports guys I respect what you guys did for us in Crossfire, but at this point supporting teams in this game has caused us nothing but issues as a large number of toxic players combined with a slowly dwindling competitive scene make it near worthless to put the time in and effort to help a CF Team. I brought CF into my organization as a passion project to pursue supporting teams since I've grown to care for the game over the past past 6 years, but sadly I was let down by the community once again.
For those of you who make the community that remains a good place, I appreciate you. For those who continually spread toxicity in and out of game, good riddance. -

Excuse you? Micheal-drk- claimed he was having issues before we played the first map. We agreed to play on NA3 to help him out. When their team started cursing at us, and we began having issues, we said we would like to play on E8.
This is legal in the rules. Any team can default to E8. You both did not stick up for the team you sponsored, and broke your own rule, preventing us from playing e82 - Your teammates all apologized to me for your actions and had to lie to me saying "He is drunk just ignore him, he is being an ass". This is a lie. Toonie is the only player who apologized. Why? Because you've been so ****ty toward us, he was afraid you'd ban us from ESL. That's the legacy you have, Kyle.him cursed in a league at a 15 year old. Foremost, if someone is cursing at a player or team you sponsor, and you sit there idley, you're pretty pathetic. When two of the people you sponsor are under 16, you're doubly so.
I was civil with Juice; I asked him to apologize. He went on a rant, about how he didn't care or give a damn who he insulted. You remained silent. I then said, we don't have to accommodate your issues. It's a struggle for us to play on this server anyway; we're defaulting to E8.
You refused to let us switch, in spite of there being a rule WHICH ALLOWS IT. I said it was pathetic that you wouldn't stick up for your own team. You said "If the game let's you say something, I don't care what you say." I proceeded to curse at you repeatedly, and you got angry and stopped streaming. So much for not caring, huh?
As for my trash talk, you will never see me swear at children.
Oh, and as for "Enix is dropping CF", you're a sad, sad man. You "dropped" us when we said we were done with you. You even spent the next hour whispering my teammates that you'd "pick you up again if you cut Reid".
Absolutely pathetic, Kyle. -

The only person who apologized for anything was toonie, again because he was scared of being banned from ESL.
I agree with the way reid reacted. When we make a decision that is WITHIN the rules, we should have your 100% support with whatever decision we make. If you don't support our team and decisions then why are you there? When ACE gaming lost a match their sponsor called the head of ESL and got the match replayed.
Lately you have given us no support. Which is why we dropped you, and we had actually talked about it after last week. Watching streams where you continuously call us underdogs and negatively talk about our team gets a little old. I think at one point we already had 5 rounds on the half and you said "its not looking good for enix esports this half, because carbon is the better team and will make a comeback".
Anyways, thanks for all that you did for us. You know, putting our names on a website... because that is all you did. -

Here is why you are looking at this wrong. 3-4 times in your post you said I should of done this or that because "It was a team I sponsor" I will never make an admin decision because "Its a team I sponsor" because that is extremely biased. There has been NUMEROUS other cases in ESL where somebody cursed at somebody or someone got offended over something said in chat and I didn't DQ. They were at most given a warning if it was a first offense. (Which it would be for juice as he's never been reported before) As an admin you shouldn't have expected me to DQ them as it would look extremely biased as I wouldn't do it for anyone else. I don't play favorites as an admin, sorry if that upset you. I have not been ****ty toward you guys at all, I was planning on sending your team a portion of the headsets so I could make sure at least Dom would have his headset issue resolved. If calling you an underdog on stream offends you sorry, but against Team DRK and Carbon you have been an underdog lately. You haven't beaten carbon, and you usually don't beat Team DRK. Once again as a caster I'm not going to lie to make you look better. I think that what you don't grasp here is that I don't cross Enix into what I do for ESL. I won't ever make a decision to benefit a team I sponsor if it sacrifices my ability to stay consistent as an admin or caster. Maybe one day you will realize that.
As for people apologizing for you, members of DRK, Toonie, Dom, and Tony is more than "Just toonie". So when both the 15 year olds who you were "defending" did get upset about it, why did you need to go on such a rant? As I said cursing comes with the territory of a shooting / violent game. Its parental discretion that allows them to play the game. If you think they shouldn't be playing crossfire at this age. Let their parents know, but from my understanding the 2 of them have been around the FPS community long enough to ignore somebody cursing at them in a game lobby. If you think that someone keyboard cursing at your team is worse for a young mind than constantly being on a bomb mission and killing people as your "goal" in a game you are a clearly mistaken. I think you wanted to go off on me because you yourself were unhappy with me on a personal level, you just used this as an outlet to do so. Unfortunately you went off me as an admin and expected me to treat you as a sponsor or friend, but as an admin I won't treat you any differently than I would any other team. That's the only way to be fair, and why dropping Crossfire is in my mind. I don't have issues like this with any of the other players I work with. Only in CF. -
As an admin you shouldn't have expected me to DQ them as it would look extremely biased as I wouldn't do it for anyone else.
We asked to return to our default server; you refused. That is not asking for a DQ in any capacity. In fact, it is against your very own ruleset.
As for the rest, no comment. Ridiculous to the last, aren't you? -

When we make a good play or win a round its always team X had a bad round, instead of us making a good play. You had the most pessimistic attitude towards us. Watch your own casts and see for yourself. -
