How my freind got hacked?

procedure addopted by hacker

*the hacker went in game and asked my friend his email id and said that he will give him 100.000 zp
*me and my friend had talked about this often so he believed him and payed him some money from paypal idk how much
*z8 support team..u can use the ingame services to see that zp were transfered today and that the pass and email and everything was changed today
*you can also see that this was done within 24hours span and my friend was hacked
*if u believe us plz help us...my friends id: vipitem01

There is a very clear warning when you are ingame that states that you should never give your account information to anyone for any reason. Since your friend decided to do it anyway, I don't think you will have any chance of recovering the account. These warnings are put in place for a reason. Account security is your responsibility, not Z8Games'.
