guys i have problem dunno why last my account was in romania clan wth?!!? im not from romania i leave it alone 60,000 exp is not good without zp things i did a new account now i have 117,000 exp and a lot of zp items last day every single 5 hours my password was changed... can some one help me?!? and sorry from my english .. im not from those countries T_T

If someone is constantly changing your password, you most likely have a keylogger infecting your computer. It's not possible for people to hack the Z8Games account database. I would recommend doing a full malware scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware to remove any possible infection.

If you visit hack sites more than likely you have a keylogger.You do not have to download there software to be infected by the malicious software that steals your account.As soon as you visit the site your ip is logged and thats all they need.Like cloak said run a full scan on your computer...down load free version of a great program that will help you remove these infections.Good luck..

Hi, I know what your going through... 1st Change your email password to a very hard password cuzz thats were they get your passcode for your z8 account..next change your z8games account password..2nd If your email got hacked {like mine} Go to Support then go to web contact.. and put all that infomation.. Also you might have a keylogger infected..Try to use some sort of Spyware scan..

Send a support ticket. http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx Tell them what your password used to be, your username, the answer to your security question and your email if it is still the same.
