I keep getting this error and I don't know how to fix it. Can someone help me out please? The error is the title "Failed to Execute HGWC"

HGWC -- Help Soon?

Same things happening to me. I managed to redownload the game (only took 4 hours -.-) the game started up fine. Was able to log in, but the game was randomly freezing and unfreezing. Decided to restart comp, next thing I know HGWC stopped working again
