Can't launch game

Everytime I try launch crossfire it say "fail to execute HGWC" what is that suppose to mean?
Please help me fix this error

Add your crossfire folder as an exception to your anti virus, so it won't block anything..

Try running in compatibility mode, and run in the crossfire directory. Run a exe folder in the crossfire directory (C:\Program Files\Z8Games\Crossfire) called CF_G4Box.exe. Before you run it, though, go to properties, then go to the compatibility tab. Check mark that box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for" - or it says something similar to that, then in the drop down menu select the highest compatibility settings given. For Windows XP, the highest compatibility settings should be Windows 2000, while for Vista and 7 it should be Windows XP. Click apply then ok.

Disable your firewall could be something else you should do, make sure your crossfire folder is an added exception to your anti virus, that way your anti virus is not conflicting with crossfire, if it does, it could be causing conflict which is why your getting an X-Trap Error.

Your antivirus is blocking two trojans in patcher . exe. reinstall cf and allow patcher . exe + all other .exe in your firewall and exclude them from your virus search.

1. Go to Start > All Programs > McAfee > Virus Scan Console
2. Select On-Access Scanner
3. Go to Task > Properties > All Processes > Detection
4. Click Exclusions
5. Click Add
6. Click Browse, and navigate to the directory you want to exclude.
(Alternatively, type in the directory's full path)
7. Click OK
8. Click on the red X box to close the Set Exclusions window
9. Click OK

Example:
C:\Program Files\Z8Games\CrossFire <= this file is now a exclusion.

I have this problem loading the auto patcher. It says RunTime error. I don't know how to make it load faster, but no one is helping me.... Thanks Z8Games for Basically messing up the game for almost everyone. Each day people are complaining about errors either loading or in-game. How about you help them out? Especially the Moderators.. Come on, you're sitting on your asses, at least reply and try to help (for everyone).
