xtrap error and login issue

xtrap detected in the microsoft net framework 4.2 the following files as hack

- WorkflowServiceHostPerformanceCounters.dll
- ServiceModelPerformanceCounters.dll


rename the files and it works.


after insert password at login i get 2 different errors

- failed to connect to server
- the server is full


support ticket is already written but still open after 24 hours.
