failed to connect server 2015/01/14 2 oclock am

hi i got failed to connect to server problem this morning after the maintenance. i cant connect to crossfire no error code just "failed to connect to server are you guys still doin the maintenance until now? i did the restart modem, re-install, checking firewall and antivirus, even disable anti virus but no luck. it happens to most of my friends and a leader of my clan for 1 and half month until now they cant log in. i will not bother sending support ticket to you guys cause all of my friends did it but until now no action from you guys. does it bother you guys that there are only small people playing this days because of this server error look at na1 most of the time only half. only sometimes it well getting a full server. same as uk1 and 4. and i guess its my turn now its ok i got lot of other games and makes me help to forget this game and find better ones. to bad though cause this game is the best of its kind. i know that someday it will be my turn to get this error. even so ill try to connect once a week see if there is a change.
