When you use the link for forgetting your password, it should send a link to your email that allows you to change your password.

Having just tried to see my ZP balance, it allowed me to. It sends me to the deposit page, where it shows you what your ZP balance is. If it's taking you to a different page, please submit a ticket to technical support - we might ask for a screenshot, and those types of screenshots have sensitive information, and it would be better in a ticket.
