You can't get your account information sent to your email anymore.

You can only get a link sent to your email to change your password.

check junk /spam /inbox folder

if info is not sent within 5 minutes try again in 1 hour some email provider are slower then other like yahoo best to use gmail friend

You would know it by keeping a record of your account information when you created the account.

This system was changed at the beginning of October, 2014.
