Too long to solve my ticket

I have a charge back ticket for a account: RoseAA, it had already took one month for me to wait for a reply from GM or Z8GAME staff. Why? Are they dead? Please give me a reason that why does GMs and z8game staff took so long time to solve my ticket? I'm so frastrated for them. Please I want to why.

My Main Account ( 3 VIP Weapons, 7 Sites Weapons ) is blocked because of a Chargeback 2870 ZP lol ( 1,99 Euro maybe ?! ) ... now my ticket is unassigned since about 6 days and the paysafecard code with 10 Euro waits in this open ticket, but no reply and my account is still blocked. But [GM]Chaosta reply to me, i send him a PM and now i hope my account gets unblocked in the next days... #letshope :p
  • how does GM reply u? I'm wondering...... no one reply me. I'm really doubt their working efficiency is too slow.

    how does GM reply u? I'm wondering...... no GM reply me. I'm really doubt their working efficiency is too slow. I hope God can help me and u to get our account back, and please help me. I was wondering why they said i owe them bills? When I charge bill in, i check my bank app on my phone. It did processed and bank took it away from my balance. But they still said i owe them bills. Then they blocked my account permanently. They said I need charge it back, then I can reinstate my account. I submit the charge back ticket, they will usually reply me on the second day. Now they don't, they looks just feels like they were dead. I'M REALLY WORRIED FOR MY ACCOUNT. T T

    The billing/purchasing department is the only department that can assist with these types of issues. Currently, there is a bit of a backlog, and we appreciate everyone's patience while that backlog is cleared.
