my account has been hacked and i know the id and the old password and the old emails and how much zp has been charged into the acc and every weapon in my email and i can tell how many zp that has been charged and i can tell the method too which the hacker of my acc can never know i can tell what i have and how many characters i have in the email with zp and every weapon i have so how can i get my account back? and i have my secret question answer too and everything that the gm would ask except for my bd infos so how can i have it back? please help

ok i went there and submitted a ticket how long will it take for them to reply back to me

Departments: CrossFire => Account Administration => click Compromised Account and answer the question... at the End press Submit.

this isnt the main account the main account has been hacked so how can i get it back now i dont even know the registered email of this noobie account ..... oh and that is the problem i dont remember when i created the account i created it over 2 years ago now like how can i remember the register date i remember how many times did i charge zp and the amount charged in each time now come on that is an info only the account owner knows
