cant connect to uk 4

everytime i log in and want to join uk4 it freeze for a long time. its says connecting on the server and after that i need to end task on task manager to get out and log in again. its ok on na1 but uk 4 is always freeze. can you plss tell me how to fix this. thank you very much. this is the only game that is soo fragile. every game i played is all working good for years. this game everytime i want to play there is always an error connecting. you lose a lot of costumer. i got lot of friends who is spending a lot on this game who cannot log in now. and there is 3 of them who is banned because of visa problem when purchasing zp. they send a tickets and a payment back to you guys for about a month and half. until now they still wait for you guys to unbanned them. whats happening in there guys. are you guys working your asses out there yohooo wake up and fix these.

i was facing the same issue today but after RESTARTING MY ROUTER,i can join UK 4


+ i was lagging,i turned off my router for few mins and than turned ON the router after that my lag was gone.

I can login to any server but i can't login to uk4
I got MM server message and then the game freeze and i have to close it by ending it with the task manager.

uk4 is the only server which i can play in,the others are not as competitive as uk4 and uk5 is empty most of trhe day.

Any idea about what causes this problem,would be appreciated.
