Cannot connect to Clan Server

Ayo,

After the patch roughly 2 weeks ago (?), I was unable to connect to the Clan Server ever since. Logging into any other server, I can, however, when I try to log into the Clan Server, it processes the steps extremely slowly but eventually freezes on step 4. From there, I can either close my game via task manager or wait for a few minutes for a message that says "Disconnected from Server" which often pops up from idling.

Anyone know how to fix this? I tried restarting my computer, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing seemed to fix it.
