[UPDATE] Issues with the clan and torunament Systems - January 8th, 2015

We are currently aware of the issues with the In Game Clan system and the Tournament System and are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible. We thank you for you patience while we investigate the issue.

UPDATE: 6:32 PM EST - At this time we have identified and corrected the issue with the clan system and tournament server. Both services are now available once again.

If any players experience an issue with either system after this time we ask that you please submit a support ticket or leave a reply in this thread.

Please be aware that we are planning to compensate our players for the inconvenience this issue may have caused. We will unveil the details of this compensation once we have finalized them.
