Buying ZP

I bought 20 dollars worth of ZP last night through my paypal account, I wanted to add some more ZP to my account but I couldn't for it gave me a error message saying "An error has occurred Please try againThis transaction is not successful." I don't know what this means but some help would be appreciated.

Maybe u dont have money in ur PP account?
If you have .. Then try again .. Try again .. Keep trying!

I have been, and I have the money in the PayPal account for when I log onto it, it shows I have 22 dollars in my account
