[esl] new payment method please read

First, I want to apologize on behalf of ESL for the delays in payment. I wish I had more control personally over the issue, but we now have a new way of distributing prizes that should be much faster.
ESL has now changed its payment methods for prizing. Any winnings from September 2014 on, will require a new form for each player receiving winnings. This form is currently being sent to teams that won prizes from September 2014 on.
Each event prize will require its own form. We apologize for past winners with multiple winnings as we know this may take a decent amount of time.
We apologize for delayed payments for 2014 events, but this will ensure faster payments in the future and for current prizes you have not yet received.
NOTE: Teams who split up, but won prizes will need to contact me privately for the form.
NOTE: If you haven't received a prize from before September contact me privately.
We appreciate the continued support of ESL events for Crossfire NA, and hope that this will be a step forward to making the event prizing much more smoother than it was in 2014.

I sent the form to your team via the email on ESL. You should get the email in whichever email is attached to your ESL account.
Is there a way to get all the events noted for in significantly less forms, with all the money being sent to a single paypal? -

Probably not all to one paypal. I haven't checked to see if you can do multiple payments on one form, but by looking at the format I would say probably not. -

Remember the post you made before stating the winning and what cups the teams won? Can you do that again. I am pretty sure no one remembers the the number cup they won. I know I don't.
Also why implement a new payment method in the middle of the processing for the old payments, wouldn't that just take even longer? -

under what did you win you can put the individual dollar amount you won between september and december. If you would like me to confirm this amount i can privately.
You now only need 1 form for 2014! After this you will need to do 1 each month for prizes.
If you already submitted a form i will be editing individual amounts to match your winnings. You do not need to do another form if you have done one already. -
