unable to connect to na5

hi, ever since friday i haven't been able to connect to the na5 server. i don't know the reason why but every time i try to connect it gets stuck on step two and i get "mm server connection failed" and dc from the game. i can connect to every other server just fine. does anyone know how to fix this? i've tried on alt accounts and reinstalled as well and it still doesn't work. esl is tonight so any help will be of value. thanks.

I have also been getting this problem I have tried reinstalling, port forwarding, and alts.
