Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]

Hi; I haven't been able to connect to the game for a few days now.

Whenever I load up CrossFire my hgw gamewatcher gets stuck on step three. I then get an error message which states "Failed to connect to server : W [2003] L[0].

Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have an esl tournament tonight I would like to play in... Any help would be appreciated. I have tried various things already but to no prevail.

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game (Several times).
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game with my firewall and antivirus off (Added crossfire to the exceptions list aswell).
3. Run Crossfire as administrator.
4. A bunch of other things I found on the internet which didn't help at all.
5. Backdated my computer to early December when I am sure crossfire was working.
6. Restarted my router and bought a fifteen metre Ethernet cable to plug it in (Just in case that was the issue).
