issues with earn free zp section!!!

Good morning, i have a little question... a few days ago, maybe 2 or 3 days ago, i was answering surveys to earn free zp, and the sponsorpay page, tells me i have 3,200 zp pending, and now my pending zp balance in sponsorpay is 0!!! And my zp balance is like always!! I registered a phone number to earn another 2,000 zp and nothing... there are 5,200 zp lost!!! Why!!! Where is my zp!! This one will be in my account some day? Or i lost my time... my long time in the survey for nothing??

You'll have to ask the survey company, it's not Z8 who does the surveys.
