Connection issues

Just recently I've been getting constant spikes and then dc'ing (disconnected from host, and then disconnected from server). After that xtrap gets stuck on step 3 and the site doesn't load for around 5/10 minutes. Only happens on crossfire afaik, and my internets fine through the duration of it.

Any way to fix?

I have not recieved the Sled Backpack and that was the only day I wasnt on and it was because of the connection issues.
Compensation?
