When I try to log in

Each time, after passing the menu ( start or register ) where you put your loggin ID and stuff, I do it then press enter and the OK sight becomes dark, same if you would press on it. Then it loads for like 10sec, then tells me that the server I am trying to join is currently full. I already redownload the game, reboot computer and nothing works. What's the problem?
