Error ID:[13-0400-00000000-501] Compatable Issue

Windows 8.1
The error message says "The game client/launcher is running in compatible mode. Please, unselect the compatible mode and restart the game."

None of the executable files are in compatible mode. But it still says that they are.
Reinstalling, deleting the Xtrap folder doesn't work.
The game starts. I'm able to login and start a game. But the client closes a minute after it opened.

Are there any solutions...?
