Do the dev's know that they completely broke ladders?

While climping a ladder,i feel like am using a turtle to climp it ,high FPS causes this.

That's been around since the beginning of cf though. In the recent patch they made it impossible to get past the top of the ladder

I noticed that the ladder is messed up on HMX Rooftops. You move extremely slow going up the ladder.
