Mm server conection failed. Help me please!

Hello I had a problem with the server crossfire north america 1 when I enter appears conect to server and then step 2 mm conection failed server as shown in the image. Now reinstall the crossfire erasing all your files and remains the same and also restart my internet connection, I am from south america Colombia and forums and facebook groups have seen that not only gives me this error.

Please help with this either telling the solution or by patching as I and many people want to play on this server.
