crossfire launcher doesnt pull up anything

i know the launcher uses internet explorer.
every time i start the game and get to the login page i get
failed to connect to server
any help would be greatly appreciated !

Well you know, this shouldn't even be happening. I payed for VIP. I expect to be able to play like other players. That is what maintenance is for.

Edit: This is the 2nd time it happened. One time, meh, ok it happens. However, 2 times in one week is just kinda like what?
