MM server connection failed

I can't connect to the server n it always goes to the second step than i froze n a screen pop-up saying MM servers connection failed all work only uk4 failed :@ help me please

i Can not Connect To Uk4 Server . Other Servers is Good . But when i Press To connect To uk4 the Screen Freezes When Step 2 Appears . I can't even Take a Screenshot For it. Then i Wait For like a Minute Then message pop-up MM server connection failed
Help Us ?!
