Maintenance Notice - December 16th, 2014

Attention Mercenaries,

We will be bringing down the servers on Tuesday, December 16th to bring you all the Merry Mutated Christmas patch. During this time the servers will not be available.

We expect the maintenance to last approximately 6 hours. The estimated start and estimated end times can be found below. Please note that these times are subject to change and will be updated if the need arises.

Estimated Start: 11:00 PM EST, Tuesday December 16th
Estimated End: 5:00 AM EST, Wednesday December 17th

We recommend that you log off at least 5 minutes beforehand to prevent any potential issues from arising regarding your account.

We also recommend that you get your log in for the 12 Days of Christmas event well before the maintenance starts.

EDIT: December 15th - 4:47 PM EST - To accommodate ESG's Winter Series we will be pushing the start time of the maintenance to 11:00 PM EST and estimate the end of the maintenance to be ~5:00 AM EST on December 17th. The above announcement has been edited to reflect these changes.

EDIT 2 Electric Boogaloo: December 17th - 4:25 AM EST - Unfortunately, there is currently a maintenance occurring with our item and reward distribution which is preventing us from opening the server to live. We will update this thread as soon as we are able to open the servers again. We apologize to everyone for this inconvenience.

FINAL EDIT: December 17th - 5:16 AM EST - We thank you all for your patience. The issue with the item/reward distribution servers has been resolved and the servers are now open for everyone.
