Failed to connect to server?

ok, why is my game repeatedly giving me a "failed to connect to server" error when i try to log in. There's no patch, as far as i can see, and there's no announced server down time. Please help! ;-;

I'm having same issues not able to connect server while other people can accesses.
Im demanding compensation for Login event.

I doin't fc'kin know why everyboy ignoting us with this stupid fckin error!!!
I can"t play 2nd day!!! No1 is telling anything about this. There is at least 5 thread started about this but not 1 gm replied!!!

Not very impress with support service

I have sent a few times support tickets and they told me to check hardware and router etc and i have reinstalled the game. None of them method they have giving me works and I have explained to them and they are not listening. They told me check in tech forum which Z8games staff never checks when ever you post up in the forum.

The issues causing this is the server or to be more exact in HWGC.exe is to preventing you entering the game that gives error: Fail connect to server: W[2003]L[0]

I hope they are investigating the server side in Xtrap/HWGC and fix it soon.
While im missing the login event which they dont give any kind compensation for it and very disappointed event.
