If I stayed myself (had all my memories and didn't change in person), yes I would.
If a certain someone, who you have been very good friends with in the game for years, reveal themselves to be of the opposite sex and is attractive, and wants to meet you, but lives far away (other country), would you take the risk of traveling to meet them? Well, I hate surprise gifts. So I would probably be unenthudiastic about it. Speaking from personal experience, most girls I know don't like when guys they just met bring them gifts because it makes them feel cheap (buying their affection) or that the man is trying to show off. As for me, I wouldn't call them creepy but just call the entire thing extremely awkward.

I think they do. Of course, whenever a movie which is clearly not well made wins awards, it begs the question of whether there is any real merit to these things. The awards you mention all apply to different categories (movies, TV, theatre, etc) so it's hard to say if one is more prestigious than the other.

Well, I did made some resolutions at the beginning of this year, but they weren't because of a "new year- new me" idea. I just got back from a convention for college students, and it's because of that convention that I now have new resolutions, not just for this year, but for the rest of my life.
