"Server is currently full" Login Error

Got new PC. Installed a fresh Win 8.1 OS. Install CF and this error happens. It doesn't check for wrong user/password, just the error shown up after about 10 seconds of hitting the "OK" button. I tried download and reinstall many times, same thing still occurs. Although I'm sure it had nothing to do w/ the 8.1 OS since I run CF on that OS on my old PC and it works. In my opinion it might have something to do w/ connections to the CF server...

Any help?

This happens for about 2 days now... I don't think it's the server problem.
Is there anyone else who also experience this?

This is your sever lagg mens....u can try loggins in COSSFIRE after 10>15 minutes
