I cant join in uk3

Since uk 4 got errors I have played cf very little because i cant join uk 3, it is very slow and when i join room sometimes i can play sometimes i cant, it always appears a notice that host error or disconnected from sever. I dont know why, this only happens with uk 3. I can play in na sever normally but i have to play with high ping and i dont like it. I have reinstalled crossfire and internet router but is is not working. I have submited ticket but z8 tell me that they are investigating issues and I have to wait now until they fix sever. I have not played crossfire well for 4 days and I dont know how long I have to wait to play crossfire like before.
