jeeze we live in such a soft world. no wonder so many teenagers kill themselves honestly, people are soft/hovered by their parents, get their emotions all fcked up, become socially awkward, and bang.(<-- the one step mike obviously missed). you got bullied because u were an outcast, and you were raised to let your feelings get the best of you, instead of being a man. so now, 34 years old, virgin, video game league administrator, you finally have some power in your life. hold on tight!!

Cool your jets big guy. This is Crossfire. Not real life. You aren't gonna take any real action against Blackout, so you probably shouldn't dwell on it further. Sure you can ban whoever you want from your little league or whatever it is, and yeah you have the power to post whatever you want, but I think you image might be as important right now. From my point of view, I see someone who thinks they have power over people outside of this realm. Maybe you do, but who cares, it's an online forum. Don't get an ego over wielding "The Banhammer". -
ESG has every right to remove any player we feel is detrimental to the goal we are trying to accomplish. That goal is to promote E-Sports within CrossFire. Blackout you constantly try to bash ESG and myself, how long did you think I would let it continue before I removed your ability to play in my league? Cya, I don't want you in my league. Playing in ESG is a not a right, it's a privilege. I took that privilege away from you.

your actions regarding this matter do not support you in reaching your goal, it actually deters it. i can't expect much from people who have a lack of experience in dealing with a client based organization. you should really consider your approach when addressing issues that deal with the members of your league. while on paper a 0 tolerance policy sounds good, logically speaking it does not really address the "why" this certain issue is created but suppresses it. suppression always has its pros and cons but usually the cons outweigh the pros when dealing this certain type of client base when looking at the bigger picture. learn from previous leagues and learn from their mistakes. if i can recall, suppression tactics lead to the termination of 2 leagues. -
Mike has always been a bch about things when people say something directed towards ESG. Everybody is entitled to their opinion and should say as they please. Is it Mike's league? Yes it is and does he have the right to do what he wants with his league? Yes, he does. But if he is going to be banning every player that gets him butt hurt, I think that he shouldn't really do any type of community relations. It isn't professional (Coming from me, the ghoster, hypocritical) but it is the reality. Polleus is good at handling things professionally... Erick knew how to please everybody...
I've been on their end and I know what it feels like when somebody tries to down all the hard work you do but you look for improvement. Not a permanent solution to the butt hurt. -
You're both wrong. My feelings were not hurt, nor am I "butt hurt".
I banned blackout before, because he is a detriment to this community. He sent me an email asking to be unbanned. Why would he send an email? Because he obviously wants to play in ESG.
Now he wants to act like he could care less, and maybe he doesn't. But why continue to post about it?
If I roll over and let people run their mouth about something, people will continue doing it. If I make an example out of a few people nobody will miss when it's all said and done, maybe it deters others.
See, the thing is blackout. With ESL and ESG, you don't need to play in ESG. Just like I don't need you to play in ESG. I'm not charging you any fee to play in my league, it's free. You're not a paying customer, I'm not losing anything. I gain something by removing you from my league, and that's one less headache.
I'm not suppressing anyone, I welcome feedback. But there is a right and a wrong way to go about it. You may not agree with how I handle things, but that's okay with me. Follow the rules and just play CrossFire, and you won't have any problems. I don't have any personal vendettas against anyone. Every single player in this community is equal in my eyes.
And just so everyone knows, every single ban except for one was removed because ESG is rolling out a new site at the end of this month. I wanted everyone to have a second chance to participate. I personally unbanned everyone. Blackout has already had his second chance, his ban is for Six(6) months from the date the ban was originally applied. -

i dont agree with the ban, i think it's very pathetic that when someone voices their opinion, they get banned, when their opinion had nothing to do with ESG, it was towards you mike, but somehow i'm banned from esg.his ban is for Six(6) months from the date the ban was originally applied.
