Can't purchase ZP

Trying to buy ZP using the BeanStream Credit Card option and using a VISA Debit card I purchased. I type in all my correct information and I select the VISA Debit option but after I hit submit it gives me this message:

"An error has occurred
Please try again
Your payment is not approved."

On the website for the card (OneVanilla) I completed all the things I needed to do to get the card active for online purchases. I have more than enough money on the card to allow my purchase. I used the card on Steam originally and had no problems there, but I can't seem to get it to work here. Thought about submitting a ticket, but maybe this is something someone else has had an issue with?

How do I use the card to buy Karma Koin? o_o

edit: Tried buying a $10 Karma Koin prepaid card off of Offgamers but it gave me an error: "There seems to be a problem trying to complete your purchase order."

So I guess my card is the issue?

edit2: But why would it work on Steam but not Offgamers or Z8?

You might try buying Karma Koin from pcgamesupply.com, they have a daily purchase limit that's quite low for new sign-ups but when I signed up there was some option under account options or order history to upload a photo scan of my drivers license to increase my purchase limit, that took like half an hour to process.

Also when some people have gotten that error trying to deposit on Z8, it does charge the card but refunds it up to a few days later. If you continue to have problems with it try a support ticket under billing/purchases.

Here are some common fixes that you should consider:

1. Make sure you do all the currency conversions first. An error like that usually results from your gift card not having enough funds to cover the purchase. (e.g. if you gift card has 10 CAD, it will NOT be able to buy something worth 10 USD).

2. Check that your gift card is NOT restricted to certain countries. SmileGate West is considered a Canadian vendor and most Prepaid Debit Cards that are purchased in the US are limited to US-only purchases.

3. If all else fails, call your credit card vendor and they should be able to provide you with the exact details as to why the transaction was declined.

EDIT: If your problem is caused by #2, you can bypass it by purchasing a game card online from a trusted US vendor (e.g. GoCash, PCGameSupply, Rixty, Karma Koin).
