I owned two computers and one for me and one for my brother .

Can I open my account of the two Computers or I Must Open My Account In 1 IP Only ?

That's right,but obviously he's afraid of the account sharing policy.

The account sharing policy says

You don't have to worry about this crap as long as you're not sharing your account with ANYONE.Because if you do, your account will be at risk and if your account sharing is proved your account will be permanently banned.
