I want to get back in to my old clan A+ but when i bring up clan search all I get is level c clans?

Try searching the name of the clan or the name of the clan leader(master's nickname option).

now all the clan monitoring is done in game, and u need to be able to know the name of the clan or leader to join.

i have done all that and still get level c clans only hell i cant even get back in to my old clan

Are you sure you remember the clan's/leader's name right?
Did you try sending a message to the leader?
I don't like the current clan system because it makes searching for clans complicated, but if you write the full name of the clan or the leader you shouldn't have problems finding it.
