Razer Vortex

Dear Z8Games Community,

Recently I ran into an annoying problem. Somehow I have FPS lag when playing Crossfire, I don't know the reason why, when im able to play other games such as Battlefield 4 at over 100 FPS. But the problem is that I decided to get Razer Vortex to see if the problem would get fixed, but here's the thing. I can open the launcher, get through X-Trap and be on the Menu Screen just fine, but as soon as I join a game, it crashes. I get a "CROSS FIRE ERROR"
"send Error report?" and then when I click Ok the game just closes, and it keeps on.

Does anybody know the solution for this? If you do I will gladly appreciate the help. Thank you

Im having the same problem, and i tried a lot different ways to fix it like: turn off background running apps, turn off and disable some of system services, use an external fan for my laptop, scan viruses and malware,...but nothing works except they lower the CPU Usage to <10% and RAM < 20%. I never had this problem before ( FPS keeps spiking every 2 mins, like it was >140, then it dropped down to <30 for 2-3 seconds and then went back to normal) and im using Windows 8.0 ( just upgraded to 8.1) last night. So i guess, its something wrong with the server, not about our PC.

and for the problem with Razer, u have to delete the crossfire icon on it, then drag or add Crossfire again. Then turn off the "Enable FPS" in Razer Setting.
