Web Mall Closure

Attention Mercenaries,

We sadly announce that we will be closing the Web Mall permanently in 2 weeks. This was not an easy decision for us to make, but we feel that this was the best for everyone.

All players have from today until December 16, 2014 @ 5:00 PM EST to purchase and use any item they want from the Web Mall, after that date you will not be able to buy any Web Mall items that do not exist in-game. Please note that the AWM-Camo Blue 7 Days Bundle duration doesn't stack properly, so please avoid purchasing more than one unit from this bundle.

Please note that starting December 9, 2014 , we will stop issuing BP for new ZP purchases.

The "Change Call Name" item will be added as an in-game item. If you had one or more of this item in your Web Mall items at the time of the closure, they will be automatically added to your account in-game on December 18, 2014.

At this time, it is unclear if or when Kill/Death and Win/Loss reset items will be available in game in the future. If you would like to reset the Wins/Losses, or Kills/Deaths, you will need to do so before December 16, 2014 @ 5:00 PM EST. If you own any of the reset items in your storage after the mall closes, the amount of ZP or BP you used to purchase each item will be added to your account.

We will keep records of all Web Mall items that players own at the time of the closure and are not currently available in-game. All unused ZP items will be compensated within two weeks after December 16, 2014, as they will no longer be usable.

BP (bonus points) were created by Z8Games as an extra measure to provide our players with some free items. We are the only CrossFire version that provides BP and with that free items to its players. That being said, as a goodbye gift from the Web Mall, we will be awarding you some gifts in exchange for taking away your remaining BP after the closure.

This is to clarify some points:

1. Weapons Chart

The weapon's chart included in the original post is based on the BP amount you have in your account after the mall closure. For example, if after the closure you have 20,443 BP, you will receive AK-47 Black Stripes 30 Days, M4A1 Red Line 30 Days, and MK23 Silencer 30 Days.

2. Reset Items (Kill/Death, Win/Loss)

If you want to reset your stats, we highly recommend that you do it before the mall closes. If after the closure you own any reset item, the amount of ZP/BP you used to purchase this item will be added to your final amount (BP) or refunded to your account (ZP)

There are four different ways to buy a reset item:

1. Single reset item (Cost 4,900 ZP each)
You will be refunded 4,900 ZP per reset item

2. Stats Reset Bundle (ZP) (Cost 6,000 ZP)
You will be refunded 3,000 ZP per reset item

3. Name + Reset Bundle (ZP) (Cost 7,500 ZP)
You will be refunded 2,500 ZP per reset item

4. Stats Reset Bundle (BP)
1,150 BP per Reset item will be added to your final BP amount, and you will be compensated based on the BP compensation chart in the OP.
