I was suggested to uninstall the game completely, run CCleaner and restart the PC. The was told to download the game again from the website direct link, which i did. However, when i try to open the downloaded file it gives me error saying, 'We couldn't establish a connection. Could you please check your connection and try again?'. I mean, I'm pretty sure i have a strong and stable connection running so whats with this error message?

Make Sure you turn off your antivirus and firewall for a while to download game client , maybe firewall stop your download , so try to disable or turn off firewall and antivirus and see task manger if any program prevent you from downloaded it and stop it by end Task .
