Where the hell is my name card? This is bogus. I played for several hours yesterday, about 2 hours on each account, and nothing. If this prevents me from getting the last prize cause you can't figure out who played, there will be hell to pay. Everyone in my friend list has the name card, even if they only played like 30 minutes

I've been waiting for at least 3 hours now... It shouldn't take this long, especially when I look in my clan and friend lists and everyone has it. I could care less about the name card, but to me this means I won't get the mega crates at the end.
