the solution for the error loading the game window 8.1 or 8.0

hi guys i did found the solution for the error loading the game or login inside the game which is this error see pic i know what i am about to say sound is ridiculous but that is free to play game and already have a lot of problems the solution for now until they fix it later so basic this solution for windows 8.1 or 8.0 with date 20 or 21 windows have a new update this update will miss up ur game crossfire only so this update is see pic pls to know what the name of the update to be aware of see pic here

so basic after windows asking u to do this updates this error will happen to your game but there is solution for this if u did not instal it that will never affect ur game but if u did instal them here what u have to do follow the steps to uninstall them here step 1- control panel
2-System and Security
3-windows updates
4-dawn on the left side of the screen it says (Installed Updates) click on it

6- right click on the update that u want to uninstall and it will says uninstall click on it and it will be uninstall from ur computer.

pls read this is important > 1- do not restart ur pc when u uninstall the first update
2- restart ur pc when u uninstall the sec update

remember to gave ur pc time to uninstall do not cacel it or play with any sittings and when it restart gave it all the time to do the updates on ur pc to take effect and after is done and ur pc is on u can run the game with out no problems now
and once again this solution only for windows 8.1 or 8.0
until they fix it and make it running with the game with this updates i know the game should run good and perfect with any windows but this solution is for now and thank u.
