My Game s**** Frames even above 200 FPS

I just invested in a new PC and my game still freezes and s**** frames and it's only crossfire. Can I please get some help please. I am so ****ed off and wanted to right other things in this post.

What CPU and RAM? The graphics card doesn't matter much for this game but if we ever get the CF 2.0 update it should utilize the GPU a lot more.

If you're getting 200 fps I'd doubt the problem would be with the computer specs, I'd suspect some other program in the background is doing CPU and memory intensive stuff.
