Networking Issues
Attention Mercenaries,
We are currently experiencing some networking issues that are preventing some users from logging into the game. We've checked our servers and everything seems to be working fine on our end, however it appears there are connection issues between our servers and some of our service providers.
We apologize for this, and we can only ask for your patience while we try to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

We have monitored the situation for the last 24 hours, and have not noticed any further issues. If you continue to experience anything, please let us know.

It is wonderful that the issue is being 'worked on' that quick but whats the purpose of saying "fine on our end" then adding "our servers...our service providers? That's still you end, eh?
Just ask the players to send in SSs of the errors or whatever pops up when logging in is denied so they make it easier on Z8 to solve the matter. Pretty sure the reports made consisted of complains without proofs, at least most of them. -

Why would we ask users to send in SSs? and no, our service providers are not on our end.
