FPS spikes

This is my configuration:

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 740 Trinity 32nm Technology

RAM: 4,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 641MHz (7-7-7-19)

Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M-DGS

Graphics: 22EN33 (1920x1080@60Hz) 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

Storage: 111GB Kingston KINGMAX SSD 120GB SATA Disk Device (SSD) 298GB Western Digital WDC WD32

I play BF4 on ultra settings on stable 40FPS, and on high settings i get 80FPS... i played many more games, and never had problems...

But with crossfire, my FPS is jumping from 60 to 120 all the time... constantly... and I can't play like that.

Does anybody have any solutions to this?

U meant jump "down" instead of "up"? cuz dats what i got, my FPS keeps dropping from 140 to 30 or even 20 sometimes, and it seems like i happens every 2 minutes for no reason...I really dont know what they've done to the game...
