Purchasing ZP Problems

I am having a problem purchasing ZP and have had this problem since Saturday. I have entered all the credit card information correctly MULTIPLE TIMES and i am still having trouble. I usually get the error of: "Failed to pass security validations". What does this mean? I put the information in correctly. Another error i have had several times is: "E-mail does not match". I have entered the possible e-mails that it could be. Is it the e-mail you set up for your Z8 account? Or is it the e-mail you set up for your credit card? I really need help by Wednesday so i can get the pre-order for Kukri Beast. I could buy Karma Koins but i know they aren't as good a deal. (Meaning 100k ZP with Credit Card is $80, while Karma Koins require $100 for even 100k ZP. I also tried PayPal and i get this error: "At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Smilegate West, Inc. and try another option."

I really need help by Wednesday so i can get the pre-order for Kukri Beast. Please anyone who can help give me a solution to my problem.

EDIT: I have payed with the credit card with the account email through the buddieshops E-Wallet option on the deposit page.

The email is the one that you use for your Z8 account, NOT the one related to your Paypal or credit card. If you don't remember the email that you used, you could just send in a support ticket with proof that it's definitely your account (security question and answer for example), and hopefully they'll respond to you within 48 hours.

I tried one of the credit cards and i put my acc email and it said "Failed to pass security validations". Then i tried the other with my acc email and it said "Email address is not a match". Any other things i could try?

I've used my credit card to buy Karma Koin and Rixty cards from pcgamesupply, they send you an email with the digital prepaid card codes and you can also view the codes from the "My Orders" section of their site. They're running a promo for a single $10 Rixty card per user for $8 right now too. With Rixty you have to set up an account on Rixty's website, enter the Rixty codes there, and stay logged in on their site using the same browser you're logged into Z8Games with, then when you select Rixty on Z8Games it does a mini-window to confirm the deduction from your Rixty account. With Karma Koin you just enter the card code directly into Z8Games' site.

When I first bought from them I think I had to give them my cell phone number and they sent me a text with a code to enter on their website to validate who I was and tie the purchase to a cell phone number to prevent fraud.(I still have to do that for purchases that are like $50+) As well the purchase limit was pretty low to begin with but there was some option under account options on their site to upload a picture of my driver's license with my printer scanner to raise my purchase limit, that took like half an hour to process.

I have seen pcgamesupply(i checked them for other options when my credit card didnt work), their costs for ZP are way more expensive than a credit card or paypal. For example, for 50k ZP, credit card costs $42.99, when at pcgamesupply, it costs $50. So i would prefer not to buy from there. Would save a lot more money in the long run for anybody who buys a lot of ZP.
