Can't Purchase ZP

Every time I try to purchase 50,000 and 100,000ZP, it says it has failed due to a security validation? and my card will not be charged. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Yes I got that error like 1-2 week before this one. Now I buy 2 cards of 50$ and one of 25$ and this works now. I was able to enter the code for make them works.
